EXECUTIVE BOARD

Brian Johnson
President
Detective Brian Johnson has served as President of the PBA for the past 6 years and is a twenty year veteran of WPPD. He is currently assigned to the Training Unit. As President, he oversees the day to day operations of the PBA and is the Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for contract negotiations and any issues the membership may have.
John Guastella
Vice President
Lieutenant John Guastella serves as the Vice President of the PBA and is an eleven year veteran of WPPD. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. As Vice President, he assists the president by presiding at meetings, performing other duties of the president in his absence, assisting other union labor officials as well as tending to the inquiries of the union membership .
Todd Horgan
Secretary
Sergeant Todd Horgan serves as Secretary and is a seven year veteran of WPPD. He is currently assigned to the Patrol Division. As Secretary, he is responsible for recording the minutes of all union meetings and handling all general correspondence for the union.
Kevin Olenchak
Treasurer
Sergeant Kevin Olenchak serves as Treasurer and is a eighteen year veteran of WPPD. He is currently assigned to the Special Operations Division. As Treasurer, he is responsible for keeping accurate records of the union's finances, collecting membership dues and maintaining membership records, assisting in the preparation of the union's budget and managing its finances.
Frank Confalone
Sergeant at Arms
Officer Frank Confalone serves as Sergeant at Arms and is a six year veteran of WPPD. He is currently assigned to ESU Unit. As Sergeant at Arms, he is responsible for enforcing order and effecting the speedy compliance of all laws, rules and regulations by members of the association. He also is responsible for coordinating all member social events.
